On August 25, a direct rail train loaded with auto parts and machinery components departed from the port of Zeebrugge in Bruges, Belgium, bound for Mannheim in Germany. This marks the official opening of a green logistics corridor linking the gateway of northwest Europe with the industrial heartland of southern Germany. The "Zeebrugge-Mannheim" direct rail service is an important part of the end-to-end supply chain product created by COSCO Shipping by leveraging its integrated strengths in "shipping + ports + logistics."
